The assessments may evaluate communication, tone, behavioral characteristics, and technical skills based on your responses (voice or text).

Our services are available through subscription plans (Starter, Pro) and on-demand purchases, each with specific usage limits and features.

Payanai does not make final hiring decisions — results are advisory only.

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and text responses.

By submitting data, you grant Payanai a limited, revocable license to process, analyze, and store your recordings and responses for assessment purposes.

Payanai retains ownership of all algorithms, models, and derived insights.

Payanai offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro) and on-demand purchases for assessment services.

Subscription fees are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

On-demand purchases are one-time payments that provide additional screening capacity beyond your subscription limits.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable laws.

Usage limits are enforced per your subscription plan. Exceeding limits may require upgrading your plan or purchasing additional on-demand screenings.

Payanai continuously reviews its algorithms for fairness and bias.

Employers are advised to use assessment results as one input among many in the hiring process, not as a sole criterion.

Payanai provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of assessment results.

We are not liable for employment decisions made by third parties based on these results.

We maintain strong security controls to protect your data.

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations occur.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, but assessment data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy and data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

• The United Kingdom, for users in Europe
• India, for users in Asia-Pacific

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
